Thank you for shopping at Meowsterpiece Lab! Every time you order one of our exclusive cat designs, the item is custom-printed specifically for you. Because we produce our items on demand rather than holding bulk inventory, our shipping process looks a little different from traditional fast-fashion retailers.
Please review our shipping process and estimated timelines below.
1. How Our Shipping Works (The Formula)
Your total delivery time is calculated by adding our fulfillment time (the time it takes to print and package your item) to the shipping time (the time it takes the carrier to deliver it to your door).
Estimated Delivery = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time
2. Fulfillment Time
It takes 2–5 business days to create your custom apparel and merchandise. More than 50% of our orders are printed and shipped within 3 business days or less. Please note that fulfillment time does not include weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Times & Methods
Once your order is printed and packaged, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. We partner with global fulfillment centers to print and ship your order from the facility closest to your location whenever possible, ensuring faster delivery.
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location:

Note: These are estimates provided by our shipping partners, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier volume, or local postal disruptions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@meowsterpiecelab.com.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If you are ordering internationally, please be aware that customs fees, duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. The customer is solely responsible for any fees applied by customs. We cannot predict what these fees might be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. If a package is refused due to unexpected customs charges, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the carrier will likely return the package to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If your package appears to be lost in transit and has surpassed the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@meowsterpiecelab.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
