Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Meowsterpiece Lab! Because every item featuring our exclusive digital cat designs is custom-printed specifically for you as soon as you place an order, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retailers.

Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We pride ourselves on product quality, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, we will make it right at no cost to you.

  • What to do: Please contact us at hello@meowsterpiecelab.com within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • Requirements: You must include a clear photo of the issue, a description of the problem, and your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

2. Packages Lost in Transit

If your package seems to have gotten lost in the mail, please let us know so we can resolve it.

  • What to do: Submit a claim to us at hello@meowsterpiecelab.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Resolution: If the tracking information states that the package was lost, we will cover the costs of printing and shipping a replacement order for you. (Note: If tracking shows the package was "Delivered" but you did not receive it, we cannot cover the cost of a replacement or refund.)

3. Sizing Issues & Buyer's Remorse

Because our apparel and merchandise are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you ordered the wrong size. * We do not keep an inventory of printed items to exchange. To avoid sizing issues, please carefully review the Size Guide provided on every product page before checking out, as US apparel sizing can sometimes vary by garment type.

4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the item to you.

5. EU Consumers (Right of Withdrawal)

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods or sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
